I've spent my career at the intersection of design, drafting, and construction project management — learning every layer of what it takes to get a project from an idea to a permitted set of plans that a contractor can actually use.
I specialize in residential outdoor structures and accessory dwelling units — decks, privacy screens, pergolas, ADUs. The kind of projects that transform how people live in their homes, but that most people have no idea how to start. That's where I come in.
I produce 3D models, construction drawings, site plans, and full permit documentation. I know the Seattle building codes. I know what permit offices ask for. And I know how to explain all of it in plain language so you feel confident at every step — not lost in jargon.
